  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, PDank Performance & Off Road Parts ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, PDank Performance & Off Road Parts ships merchandise internationally to select countries, including Canada and Mexico. If you do not purchase shipping insurance with your order, the risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.  Orders with shipping insurance, will need to be inspected for damage upon receipt from the carrier.  Notify the Delivery carrier immediately if there is any damage.  Do not discard the packaging, some carriers require it to be brought to their facility for inspection.  

    Combined Packaging

    We will combine multiple items into one package, but sometimes products will have to go into multiple packages, and incur additional shipping fees.  We will notify you immediately if the actual shipping cost is different that what you where charged.

  • International

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. PDank Performance & Off Road Parts is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.



  • Sales Tax

  • PDank Performance & Off Road Parts charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.  Drop shipments to non WI residents from suppliers may incur a sales tax charge, depending on location.

  • Return Policy

  • All returned parts are subject to a 20% handling fee. Any unused merchandise in the original packaging may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. Warranty issues may have to be handled by the product's Manufacturer, contact us for more information. There are no returns on any and all electrical items, coil springs, special orders, sale items on discount, discontinued items and limited offer items. No returns will be accepted of downloadable, damaged or used items. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 

    If you are returning an item, you will need to contact us at (920)-562-8696 or email at pete@pdankoffroad.com. Please have your customer number or invoice number, which are on your invoice. Include the original packaging and order invoice, in the return shipment. Return shipments must be securely packaged. Damage that occurs because of incorrect packaging will reduce or cancel your refund. No returns will be accepted without a proper return authorization.
